The Power of Choice: Navigating Chat Rooms

In the Querriz app, when a user clicks on an inquiry they have made, it takes them to the Chat Rooms screen. This screen serves as a central space where users can access a list of available chat rooms to continue their conversation with businesses or the AI chatbots. In the following context, we will explore how this screen displays relevant business information based on the user's specific inquiry.

Objective

This feature streamlines the information retrieval process for users as they navigate to their desired chat screens.

User Interface

Typically, the list is divided into left and right sections. On the left, the business's profile image is displayed, while on the right, each entry presents the business name as the primary title. Additionally, there is an indication if the response is generated by the Querriz Bot. Below the business name, a snippet of the latest message from the business or AI chatbot is shown.

Example

To illustrate, let's consider a user making an inquiry for Japanese restaurants in Subang Jaya. Each time a business or the AI chatbot responds, the corresponding entry will appear at the top of the list in the chat room screen.
